Hello I'm Mary
Thank You for visiting Mary Gardner Photography. I'm a natural light photographer who specializes in Portrait, Maternity, and Wedding Photography. My shooting style is a mix of photo journalistic and traditional styles. I'm located in Murrells inlet South Carolina but work all around The Coastal South Carolina Areas.
Besides being a Photographer, I'm a wife and a mother to two beautiful girls. The two things that drive me are my family and my passion for photography. In High School I would have considered myself an art geek who was hopelessly terrible at everything, especially painting, but I couldn't help but take the next art class. It wasn't until I picked up a disposable black and white camera that I finally found my medium. Being creative and capturing beautiful real life moments became my passion. From there I have moved on from disposable to shooting with a Canon 5D mark IV camera.
Originally from the Mountains of West Virginia, I moved to South Carolina on the fly right after I married my Husband. We both needed a change of scenery and the beautiful South and beach called our names.
